Classes are mostly focused on exercises that helps the
woman relieve the stresses of pregnancy and men are also encouraged to join as
to take part in the process. At a class one day all the couples were chatting
as the sessions were coming to the end when the instructor called everyone’s
attention saying, “ Remember ladies, exercise is a
good way to relieve the stress that builds up during the pregnancy and simple
endeavors such as walking can have amazing results not only for physical health
