Little Johnny

Johnny was in a tantrum one day that as he was on his way back to the house he passed by a cow and kicked it a couple of times. A little further along and he passed by a chicken, which he kicked out of a few feathers. Just as he was about to enter the door, a little pig passed by, so he kicked it too.

Upon entering the house, his mother said,” Johnny, I saw what you did and just for that, you will have no dinner tonight. For kicking the pig; no bacon, the chicken no eggs and for the cow no milk for you at breakfast.

Just as his mother was finishing, his father upon entering the house kicked a pussy-cat which was in his way.

Johnny eyed his mother and said, “ Well, are you going to tell him or shall I?”

Little Johnny hurt his finger and ran bawling to his mother.

She kissed it and said, “ There, there, son, it’ll feel better now.”

Later in the day, he showed up with a bruised nose, swollen eye, bleeding elbow, skinned shin and sprained ankle. And each time, his mother kissed the tender area.

Just as he was going to bed, he once more came to his mother bawling this time pointing to his groin.

“Oh no you don’t,” his mother said, “ You’re becoming more and more like your father every day!”
